Respected sir,
Since by various disturbances from my surrounding areas by means of various attempts of treating by the way of my brought up peoples, adjacent and neighborhood peoples, I am unable to reside in my current residence (New No 15, Old No 6A, Kulivettar Street, Aruppukottai - 626101).
Note:
They are in the progress of destroying my resources like computers, my properties and by means of various ways in explicit co-operation with each other and they are in attempts of making me a fool/mental scenario’s.
Since due to these reasons and by finance problems, I am not able to continue my emailing process and my updating on my Blogs and My Google Groups. I am feeling very much sorry for this and I need your co-operation further in the progress of tearing event of the Black system ugly face which was exist in India.
Hence I planned to move to Nepal. I vacated my rented house by making settlement with the owner of the house. While my journey Black system networks are continued their work/attempt of making mental scenario’s by the way of crude behaviors.
My Nepal-Kathmandu journey:
I started my journey at 30/04/2010 from Aruppukottai, from there I moved to Chennai and from there I moved to Delhi by through TamilNadu Express Train.
On 01/05/2010 journey on the train.
On 02/05/2010 I arrived at New Delhi - Railway Station. On the same day I pick a train to Gorghapur(Land route for Nepal). Due to crude treat attempt by black systems planning’s and headed by some powerful hand by means in the name of passenger they tried for its attempt. Because of void of its attempts It made me to dropped at Gunda railway station at mid night around 1.30 PM.
On 03/05/2010 again I started my journey from Gunda to Badhrini (way to go for Nepal). Due some problem in that area I am not able go to Nepal. So I stayed at Ambhika lodge at Badrini. Due to the local Black system networks in that area I am not able to continued to stayed there so I moved again to new Delhi on the same day itself by the way of Bus(straight single bus Badrini to New Delhi it takes more than 25 hours of journey(for each 15 minutes they engaged with outside black system and make delayed the journey and leads to their possible of attempts)).
On 04/05/2010 I reached New Delhi I booked Bus (Straight Bus) to Nepal for next day.
On 05/05/2010 While my start of journey itself, by due to black system interference they tried to change my bus route and tried to make the same Jam as ditto of Badrini location. So I cancelled my bus route and I booked a flight ticket to Nepal Kathumandu International Airport.
Note:
While at staying at New Delhi, each and every body took the law in hand and their behaviors and actions are very nescience by rude and crude one.
My stayed hotels and owners and their employees will have tie ups with the Black system and they are in the attempts of hacking works. (Even not stayed hotel owners are in rude and ugly behaviors)
My Travel agency contact peoples are as same as ditto of hotel but they are in one step ahead of its concentration.
At 06/05/2010 I moved to Nepal by means of Jet-lite air ways from New Delhi, Indhra Gandhi International airport.
But while there also the Black system attempts continues in support with the Nepal Government and Indian Government. Hence I unable to reside in Kathmanu-Nepal. Even my stayed Hotel peoples are in to attempt with the co-ordination and support with the Black system Networks. I planned to move back to India at the next day, but due to strike in Nepal I moved out from Nepal on 08/05/2010 by through Royal Nepal Airlines and come to New Delhi Indhra Gandhi International airport.
Tomorrow (09/05/2010):
Since even the foreigners are also are in the attempts even with in India and by outside India and the neplae peoples are also engaged in liberal manner for their attempt and to through the way of making fool and mental. So now I am forced to go Commissioner of Delhi police office which was located in M.S.O Building. Currently I am stating at Hotel SHIVA Dx, 4623, Shora kothi, Main Bazar, Pahar Ganj, NewDelhi – 11005.

Since because of having no permanent residence with peace full environment and because of time, disturbances, privacy and security reasons I am not able to give each and every bodies details who are done attempts and engaged of hacking sceneries to you now. SUB: Problem in India- My problem is that some peoples (groups/black system) are disturbing/watching/tracking/seeing/teasing/diversion/Human sensors/addict with me, their behavior with me is very nuisance, it’s a shame and there was no security and privacy for me. These are happening with aid of centralized system. This results in my fundamental rights got lost/probhited and to aid in doing research activities along with this social abuse.
Tracking by sensors (I can’t digest this): -
They are doing this as their fun of activates by the individuals of the Black system that wherever I am went/In by co-ordinate with the workers/owners in order to publish my mind set to the Black system for tracking activity by placing the chip/electronic component to my nearby places.
The Indian Government uses some electronic components to extract my body sensational feelings and surrounding environment odors/fragrances. This research-oriented activity was happening through at remote place. Short distance range is confirmed, but I am not sure about it ranges for long distance. Event they analyze my mood, mental condition, mindset via in remote place by using some electronic components and they instantly spread this information to the public/black system for testing to get the result. Not only these from online tracking, offline tracking, and mobile tracking by using whatever they like or had. There is no privacy and security for me in India.

1) Entering my house my anonymous persons:

o Brought Up peoples having direct contacts with Gunda’s gang for their hijacking activities along with them happened at 2006 and left out me at mental hospital (Kumaran Hospital, Chennai). Directly Conducted By Brought up people family members. Eg. Mr Paneerselvam, Palaniraj and Maniveil with the support Tamilselvi.
o Spoiled my health by the aid of doctors through inhaling injection and medicines in very vigorously.
o Brought Up peoples having direct contacts with Black system relevant Doctor’s (related to Gundas), when they had hijacked me along with the doctors happened at 2007-2008 and left out me at mental hospital (Ratina Hospital, Madurai).
