Sub: Complaint against the Indian government’s Black System for winding problems along with me by the way of seeing, tracing, teasing, cheating, camera, research, misuse and by Human sensors electronic components, through by the way of public and common peoples.
Respected Sir,
My private information’s are published to public common peoples and aiding them for winding their assumpted imaginary problems around along with me by the way of seeing, tracing, cheating, teasing etc’s and by Human sensors electronic components by through the black systems Network’s in co-ordination with the Indian Government which aids happening liberally at all the parts of India. For survival purpose while I went to Nepal – Katmandu there the same situation exist in co-ordination with Nepal Government and by means of Indian Government’s Black system Networks.
My complaint regarding these issue, while I already communicated to Indian leaders, World Leaders, Magazines, Social Orgs, Individuals by through the email communication messages (For e.g.: Please refer my Kindly see my problem – Tag : Correspondence 27) and its series. The same kinds of black activities which was happened while at 2005 and 2007. At that time while, I made complaints directly to the police stations such as J.J Nagar Police station, Mogappair west, Chennai and at chindridapet police station, near to Egmore railway station, Chennai. But while doing so that they had not trust my words and they are in to no action regarding this and it leads to the progress of treating me as a mental and a fool one.
Utilize this as a positive side the black system and its networks they are misusing me for conducting its black activities along with doing research and experimenting for its needs.
At present I had no address for communication, currently I am staying in an Hotel Shiva Dex, No 4623, Shora Kothi, Main Bazzar, Pahar Ganj, New Delhi 110005. My permanent address is No 14, Kulivettar Street, Aruppukottai – 626101, Tamilnadu, which was now a vacant land. Due to financial reasons, I am not able to stay long here in New Delhi. So I need an immediate action against the black system and its Networks who having tie ups with Indian government via direct and by Indirect contacts.

My complaint to police officers already, regarding this black system and its activities which was happening in India as well as in foreign nations by the way of email complaint at the following email address such as paulkk@nic.in, delpol@vsnl.com, delpol@del2.vsnl.net.in and ys.dadwal@nic.in (commissioner of police), as on date at 09/05/2010(yesterday).
Kindly I need your action against it and save me from the Black system and its activities at immediate as early as possible. Since I am affected and affecting by them so much.
