Sub: Complaint against the Indian government’s Black System for winding problems along with me by the way of seeing, tracing, teasing, cheating, camera, research, misuse and by Human sensors electronic components thru by the way of public and common peoples.
Respected Sir,
My private information’s are published to public common peoples and aiding them for winding their assumption imaginary problems around me by the way of seeing, tracing, cheating, teasing etc’s and by Human sensors electronic components by through the Black System Network’s in co-ordination with the Indian Government which aids happening liberally at all the parts of India. For survival purpose while I went to Nepal – Katmandu there the same situation exist in co-ordination with Nepal Government and by means of Indian Government Black system Networks.
My complaint regarding these issue while I already communicated to Indian leaders, World Leaders, Magazines, Social Orgs, Individuals by through the email communication messages (For e.g.: Please refer Kindly see my problem – Tag : Correspondence 27) in series. The same black activities are happened while at 2005 and 2007. I made complaints directly to the police stations such as J.J Nagar Police station, Mogappair west, Chennai and chindridapet police station, Near to Egmore railway station, Chennai. But doing such that they had not trust me and they are in to no action and which leads to the progress of treating me as a mental and a fool one.
Utilize this as a positive side the Black system Networks are misusing me for conducting Black activities along with research and experiment their needs.
Now I had no address for communication, currently I am staying in a Hotel Shiva Dx, Room no 101, Door No 4623, Shora Kothi, Main Bazzar, Pahar Ganj, New Delhi. My permanent address is No 14, Kulivettar Street, Aruppukottai – 626101, Tamilnadu. This was now a vacant land. Due to financial reasons, I am not able to stay long here in New Delhi. So I need an immediate action against the Black system and its Networks who having tie ups with Indian government via direct and by Indirect contacts.

SUB: Problem in India- My problem is that some peoples (groups/black system) are disturbing/watching/tracking/seeing/teasing/diversion/Human sensors/addict with me, their behavior with me is very nuisance, it’s a shame and there was no security and privacy for me. These are happening with aid of centralized system. This results in my fundamental rights got lost/probhited and to aid in doing research activities along with this social abuse.
Tracking by sensors (I can’t digest this): -
They are doing this as their fun of activates by the individuals of the Black system that wherever I am went/In by co-ordinate with the workers/owners in order to publish my mind set to the Black system for tracking activity by placing the chip/electronic component to my nearby places.
The Indian Government uses some electronic components to extract my body sensational feelings and surrounding environment odors/fragrances. This research-oriented activity was happening through at remote place. Short distance range is confirmed, but I am not sure about it ranges for long distance. Event they analyze my mood, mental condition, mindset via in remote place by using some electronic components and they instantly spread this information to the public/black system for testing to get the result. Not only these from online tracking, offline tracking, and mobile tracking by using whatever they like or had. There is no privacy and security for me in India.

My Immediate Problems:
1) Entering my house my anonymous persons:
Entering by black peoples into my house and this was happening while I am available in my house. (Often frequently)

o Even though I don’t have any contacts with the Brought up peoples, they are giving torcher on daily basis by having the tie ups with the surrounding peoples and trying to take me to their custody.
o The government was aiding this process since because it wants to escape from the international law for its black activities by the Black System.
o Brought Up peoples having direct contacts with Gunda’s gang for their hijacking activities along with them happened at 2006 and left out me at mental hospital (Kumaran Hospital, Chennai). Directly Conducted By Brought up people family members. Eg. Mr Paneerselvam, Palaniraj and Maniveil with the support Tamilselvi.
o Spoiled my health by the aid of doctors through inhaling injection and medicines in very vigorously.
o Brought Up peoples having direct contacts with Black system relevant Doctor’s (related to Gundas), when they had hijacked me along with the doctors happened at 2007-2008 and left out me at mental hospital (Ratina Hospital, Madurai). (Note: In order to escape from law they used doctors for feeding UN relevant content through Hypnotized technique specialized doctors in to my mind). Centralized system: which includes the official/authority peoples who know all my issues/secrets? regarding me. It provides aids/supports/tasks either directly/indirectly to the black system in order to solve my issues in legal by using illegal/legal methods.
Black system: It is the master brain for all the misbehavior/contacts of the peoples with me. This black system will have the sub black systems (divide and conquer) by tuning the peoples in the way of region, religion, caste, sex etc. The black system which also aids the individuals of the sub black system through giving offers as per need of the individual person /sub black system. The sub black system that, takes care about day-to-day, time-to-time, minute-by-minute activities such as scheduling/formatting/co-relating of my events along with it. Which leads to change my character, behavior and make me in a disable state. The black system will provide training to the sub black system.
White system: Which aids/tries to get me out from the black system but its activity compares to black system is very less than 1% while compares to black system.
The term black system by itself is interchanged as one of the name as centralized system/ black system/ white system.

Illusion theory – Read this it’s very very important to understand the system.
Either as an Centralized system, Black system or White system, the individuals peoples in this system will know that I am being watched/seeing/disturbed (i.e. as I mentioned in the SUB) by this system. Maintaining silent is big weapon in this black system and every body contribute their co-operation for silent maintainence is the big success there.

Changing my behavior/character/attention/thinking/mentality by using repeatedly same Ad words, numbers, colors, interruptions, threats by these groups/black system and makes to hate/spoil the relations with these peoples/Black system but they got/gain the profit of getting some offers through it. Testing for output:
This task was preplanned manner and it was handled/treating as a natural environment (i.e. hides their network) and resembles as a usual situation for the view of common peoples. At common places the black system got mixed with the common peoples and creating/testing/research/illusion for its needs.
That is while at my routine work every thing was happening publicly in real mode sceneries. But while I am at unusual/common places it was creating an illusion as whatever things that happened during my routine in real mode was got tested here for getting the feedback. SUB: Problem in India- My problem is that some peoples (groups/black
system) are disturbing/watching/seeing me, their behavior with me is
very nuisance, it’s a shame and there was no security and privacy for
me. These are happening with aid of centralized system. This results
in my fundamental rights got lost/probhited and to aid in doing
research activities along with this social abuse.
The black system is disturbing/watching/seeing me in a 24/7 or else
whenever they need basis. Knowing my day-to-day activities, my
scheduled activities etc. and black system scheduling their activities
in concurrence/coordinate with my task. Black system can communicate
itself by the way of missed calls / sms messages / direct/indirect
contact. But one thing, they are very much in particular that they
don’t want to face any legal issues for that most cases they try to
avoid communication directly and happening by the way of double
meaning. The black system is maintaining the database of my full
details from child hood to up to till now. As a centralized system
they had a communications along themselves by the way of reading and
writing books/magazines/stories etc of my life. In the whole they are
doing research/experimenting with legally with the aid of government
itself.
They illegally came to my house even while I am not in timings and
open the door illegally without my permission and seeing my house
infrastructure/details/things and gather the
details/information/products/my activities/documents etc. And they
unlock my computer by hacking my system read out my personal
details/all important documents, information etc and inserted
malicious software/viruses into my system. They even spoil the
household goods. While I am in outside they are reflecting these
details and try to make confuse me mentally.
They gathering my details by the way of get it through with the
surrounding peoples/contact peoples/friends and brought up peoples.
Through these details they do various analysis/processing/mixing with
my current situation/activities and try to equate for to get their
profit results. These activities are happening from my childhood with
out my notice.
The whole thing is that they want me in their control and they want me
to allow reading out my mind/thinking etc and not allowing to
communicating the illegal things/happenings to the outside world
(since if I am in their control).
While I am in chennai at chindridapet and west mogappair during 2005
and 2007 the same thing happened, while I communicated these
happenings to the outside world. The brought peoples came and admit me
in the mental hospital. While at chindridapet I had a communication
with the brought up peoples. At that time, using some gundas with
putting knife under my neck and admit me in the mental hospital.
But while I am at west mogappair I had no contacts with them, then
how they identified my place is a big question? By using unconscious
injection and make me unconscious and dropped me in the mental
hospital.
These are the things that are happening to me whenever I am
communication the social abuse that I am facing to the out side world.
At both times while at communications itself I am very much quit and
I had done it in the legal way without disturbing any common peoples.
I had disturbed only government in the way of asking my fundamental
rights and the social abuse happening for me. Instead of getting the
justice, for doing research with my health they aided the brought up
peoples and admit in the mental hospital.
In order to see what the actual things are happening to me by the
surrounding peoples and by the brought up peoples. I came to my native
aruppukottai. Now due this place is there brought up people’s local
area they avoiding to the same thing directly. Now the black system
itself tries doing the same thing that whatever that done by the
brought up peoples by the way of to creating the threats.
Due to these scenario’s I had lost heavily in terms of resources such
us my life, age, precious/valuable times, prosperity, liberty, future,
money, opportunity, properties, name, popularity and in many more
ways.
I think these things are happening may be due to the following aspects,
1. Doing research activities
2. Due to color/race/caste discrimination
3. Sex, since I am a male (assumption lot of funds was using by the
female category peoples).
4. May be another religion (assumption I am as a muslim by birth)
5. and many more
As a milestone/cornerstone every thing was happening with the aid of
the government and the government infrastructure was misused for this
purpose.
The only wrong that I did is that, I got birth in this world. In
coming future what are all the things I am going to face is still a
unimaginary one. Now itself I am facing lot of interrptions due to
these communications.
Tips: To tie a bell to the neck of the cat is the task of the rat. Is
a story that we heard/read from the childhood. The same thing as that,
who is going to make me, as a mental/fool/idiot. It the task assigned
to the black system in order to hide the things that are happening for
me by the centralized system. The black system correcting my contacts
people by the way of money/good business/jobs/leadership/wrong
information or whatever they’re needs and their importance of their
task in this regard.

You may be in angry with me but lets understand my situation. As I am a
human being I can’t tolerate this. Since due to this problem (system), by
its influence it’s acts as a master and makes me as a slave. Once If I made
as a slave (infected) then that system (problem) will expose me to the
outside world as an infected/worst men’s list.
That what, as I am an good citizen/human being its my duty to represent the
problem/system to the outside world. My worry is all about that even social
democratic country like India having its lot of heritage, this kind of
virtual/black/ugly/unimaginable system also exists.
Using this black system arrogant group can dominate the individual/group and
it tries to acquire/get its profit in with in the international laws. If I
am not taken this step, of communication with you peoples, other common
peoples can also became a prey for this system. (What is their target, what
they want to acquire from me - weather they are doing research activities,
spoiling my wealth, health, mental, opportunities, future, name, etc.)
I am not worry about your legal/illegal or whatever action that I had to
encounter. But I am much worry about that if this kind of black system exist
in democratic India then what’s the status of the other countries? If it so,
then for an ordinary man weather the democratic is still a virtual? This
situation will become a root cause for most of the social problems of a
society.
Then what is the net result you just imagine? Whatever I am mentioning here
is a drop only; I had a more relevant experience in this virtual system
since I am infected. To resolve this issue I need a third party contribution
in this issue (i.e. foreign country influence) to get law for me.
Tips: Hint to realize the situation – In the universe there is a material
called black hole that will exist, which can be identified by scientifically
not by visibly. My case is like this. Try to understand my problem.

SUB*: Problem -* My problem is that some peoples are watching me and their
behavior with me is very nuisance, it’s a shame and there was no security
and privacy for me.
Respected Sir/madam,
I had stated the above problem to you at many times. But your reaction seems
that you are not caring of this problem. You may think these are not
problem’s since you are in high cadre and you are all having all the
facilities and you’ll feel these are the common issues. But my situation is
entirely different from your case. I had to earn money for myself to lead my
life, at that time these unknown peoples will *make interrupt and make
things/opportunities void for me.* I had some questions to you; I am also an
Indian citizen then why you peoples didn’t care about me. I am open to face
any situation and I am expecting you are also be frank regarding in my case.
Result of problem: If I am saying this situation to anybody, they are seeing
me something wrong with me. And the people who brought up will take this
situation as an advantage and they arrested me in the mental hospital for
the past two times. (*On reading this, you are happy about this situation?
And you are laughing with in your mind itself.*) I am becoming a prey
for *experimenting
purposes via mentally, physically and medically* through these problems.
There is indirect link between the problem and the people who brought up and
their family.
*Please take care about these issues, If not I need to make it as an
international issue and then don’t blame me next.*
